  The Good Stuff:

Great location, and it's quite a big house. The pool with the view is, without exaggeration, simply beautiful.

The rooms are large, the beds and... read more linens are great quality, and overall myself, my brother and my nephew had a great time.

Host/manager was extremely nice. They cleaned every day, which took upwards of 3-4 hours, so be prepared for that.

Few niggling points :

1. The water pressure is run by a small device that pumps water upstairs. That would fail about every 1-2 days and I would have to manually restart it and then wait a few minutes.
2. Most of the electronics in the place required... help. Batteries were missing, there weren't remotes for all devices.
3. Air conditioning in the bottom bedroom didn't have a remote and/or work terribly well.
4. One of the upstairs shower heads works-ish, but probably requires maintenance or replacement.
5. House is a little older and dated. Couch had a big stain on it. Kitchen equipment is all old, but functional.

overall i think it was a very good place to stay, if you want to stay out of the crowded downtown of ubud, everything is still easy to arrive by motorbike or car.
overall we were sarisfied there, i can recommend it.

We loved the indoor outdoor setup of the house. Unfortunately on of the roads had been suffered a mudslide so getting transportation to and from town was a little inconvenient but that was no fault of the house. Overall we would definitely stay again!

  Der Aufenthalt war super! Die Villa ist toll! In der Nähe sind viele Restaurants aber die Villa befindet sich trotzdem in einer ruhigen Gegend.
